The Hong Kong Christian Kun Sun Association was founded since 1978, and registered as a non-profit charity organization.  We provide diversified rehabilitation services for inmates and aftercare services for those who had left the prisons.  We are now looking for the right candidates for the posts below to join our team.

Job requirements:

• Graduate in theological study, preferably with minimum 3 years’ solid experience in pasturing service experience;
• With strong communication and interpersonal skill;
• Able to work independently and solve problem;
• Must be spiritually mature and good team spirit.

Key responsibilities:

• To schedule, organize and lead the in-prison/out-prison meeting and activities, and allocate the ministry tasks to volunteers;
• To initiate idea, plan and action to enhance and develop the ministry;
• To responsible for the liaison with volunteers, government, churches and organizations.

Job requirements:

• University degree with at least 3 years related experiences in administrative management;
• Strong in written Chinese and English, communication skill and  interpersonal relationships;
• Able to work independently and solve problems;
• Must be spiritually mature and good team spirit.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing the administration, finance, human resources, facilities and resource management of the office;
• Support the Assistant General Secretary in handling business matters;
• Be responsible for the internal/ external liaisons;
• To conceive, plan and help implement the development of the Association
