定期舉行宗教班和主日崇拜，牧養追求信仰或已信主之囚友。
Conduct regular religious classes and Sunday services for prisoners who have accepted Christ or those who are interested in Christianity.

全院佈道會 Evangelical meetings
在懲教及感化機構舉行節期性全院佈道會，讓每位被囚者得聞福音。
Conduct evangelistic meetings in different institutions during festive periods as to spread Gospel to every prisoner.

個人探訪 Personal visits
探訪個別囚友，輔導其身心靈之需要，並提供聖經及屬靈書籍。
Make personal visits to individual prisoners to care for their needs.

興趣 ． 球類活動 Interest groups & sports teams
在不同院所開設興趣小組，如英文班、結他班、籃球班等，也邀請球隊進入院所與囚友作賽。
Form various interest groups e.g. English classes, guitar classes, handicraft classes for the inmates. Invite sports teams to the institutions to have friendly matches with the inmates.

監獄啟發 Alpha in Prisons
由 2002 年開始推動 「 監獄啟發」，分別在不同院所舉辦是項課程，反應良好。
We initiate Alpha Course in Ma Po Ping Prison in 2002 and extend the course to more prisons in Hong Kong .

書信佈道 Letter ministry
與不同監獄囚友通信，作信仰與生活的輔導，同時提供聖經函授課程。又為囚友出版 「 翔」季刊，是一提供囚友表達信仰與發揮創作的園地。
Form Letter Ministry Team to be pen-pals to prisoners. Tailor make a publication titled “Soaring High” for them on a quarterly basis. Bible, Christian literature and Bible correspondence course are provided.

音樂事工 Music ministry
盼藉囚友的改變經歷與他們所創作的詩歌，能感動香港及海外的華人囚友歸主，和幫助邊緣青少年回轉。
Music CDs containing self-composed songs and testimonies of several Christian inmates are produced as the means to reach out to Chinese prisoners both local and overseas.

家訪面談 Home visits
藉家訪面談瞭解囚友獲釋後之適應，協調他們與家人間之關係。
Make home visits to understand the adjustment of rehabilitated persons, to help them cope with family relationships.

續顧服務 After-care services
協助釋囚團友找尋合適的工作、學校及住宿。
Help rehabilitated persons find suitable job, school or accommodation. Refer them to welcoming churches.

阿尼西母綜合訓練計劃 Onesimus Integrated Training Scheme
栽培及訓練信仰穩定，生命有質素的更生人仕，塑造他們成為「有益的人」。
To disciple and train rehabilitated ex-inmates for stable faith and quality of life, and to mould them into contributing members of society.

團契生活 Fellowship
為獲釋團友、囚友及團友的家人設立「深恩團契」及查經小組，讓他們得著牧養，彼此支持，也學習敬拜與事奉。
Organized for rehabilitated persons, their families and friends. There they find care and support from one another, and together they learn to worship and serve the Lord.

更新足球隊 Soccer Team
為釋囚團友組織足球隊，凝聚牧養，同時藉練習及出賽，磨鍊品格、學習團隊精神。
A soccer team is organized for the rehabilitated persons. Through regular practices and matches, they are developed in character and team spirit.

關懷囚友子女 Care for children of inmates
於女性成人監獄中舉行親子活動，讓孩子與被囚母親共享溫馨節日。
Children are escorted into prison to join a Christmas party with their imprisoned mothers.

天使樹聖誕行動 Angel Tree Programme
藉聖誕安排地區探訪囚友子女的工作，並將父母親的心意送到孩子手中。
To arrange churches to visit the inmates' children and bring them Christmas gifts on behalf of their parents.

與教會機構及神學院合作 Promoting church involvement
邀請教會、機構及神學院體驗監獄佈道，亦在工場上與教會作長線合作，幫助囚友獲釋後能順利融入教會；若教會需協助跟進囚友或釋囚人仕，本會歡迎轉介。
Churches are invited to be partners in prison ministry, ministering to the needs of prisoners, rehabilitated persons and their families. Churches are welcome to approach us for volunteer training and case referral.
